About India

India Payling works in Coaching and Consulting, facilitating the development and implementation of strategies and solutions to address some of the greatest challenges we face in life. She is the founder of Ziah Coaching and Consulting, a business tailored by design to do just that, but she also works to provide services in Coaching and Consulting around mindset, mental health, and lifestyle, including the delivery of workshops, online and in person events, and relevant courses and training programs.

India has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of mental health and mindset, on both a personal and a professional level. She has herself overcome and fully recovered from chronic anxiety and severe depression, and has a strong educational background in Psychology which is underpinned by a first-class honours degree in Psychology and two diplomas in Coaching.  Having essentially coached herself to recovery from those mental health issues, and subsequently having had to rebuild her life following a major and life changing health diagnosis, India knows the power of effective strategy and recognises the critical need for it, both in terms of advancing progress in mental health on an individual, systemic and national level, and in driving change and transformation more widely across society. She acutely understands the process of recovering from mental health issues, managing poor mental health, the challenges in managing mental health on a day to day basis, and the wider implications for individuals and the families of those who are struggling, and firmly recognises the need to promote good mental health and wellbeing more generally. As a result, India is strongly positioned to provide specific and strategic insight, knowledge and understanding in the areas of mental health, mindset and lifestyle, and to provide the advice and counsel necessary to drive forward change, improve outcomes, promote effective recovery, and to inform the establishment of the necessary structures, behaviours and mindsets to ensure the process of managing and recovering from poor mental health is effective on multiple levels.
